Who We Are

Insurgent Ideas

Global Appeal

Powered by Adam Ciralsky’s access-driven, award-winning journalism, P3 Media produces scripted and unscripted content that immerses audiences in elusive worlds brimming with exceptional characters. With a first look deal at Disney’s ABC Signature television studio, P3 currently has series in the works at FX and Showtime.

The company’s aperture is wide but firmly rooted in reality: our stories run the gamut from con men to diplomatic intrigue and espionage to high finance and courtroom thrillers.

While P3 began as a private equity-backed intellectual property (IP) generator, it has grown to become an artist-friendly IP incubator and accelerator, partnering with other seasoned writers and journalists who want to stay involved with projects based on their work.

As a company founded by a journalist obliged to navigate Hollywood’s byzantine landscape, we believe that content creators make outstanding partners for screenwriters; they have the best access to sources and information and are most incentivized to help move their work from page to screen.

Adam Ciralsky

Adam Ciralsky, an American writer and producer, is the founder of P3 Media. For the last two decades, he has created groundbreaking work for Vanity Fair – where he is on the masthead as contributing editor, ABC News, CBS News (60 Minutes), NBC News, Vice (for HBO and Showtime) as well as developing and producing feature films and scripted and unscripted television.

Along the way, he has racked up television’s highest honors, including: three EMMYS (two for News & Documentary and a third for Business & Financial Reporting) and an additional seven nominations; a PEABODY (for Significant and Meritorious Achievement in Broadcasting); a POLK (for Outstanding Network Television Reporting); a DUPONT (for Breaking News and Sustained Coverage); a LOEB (for Distinguished Business and Financial Journalism); and a BARONE (for Excellence in Washington-Based National Affairs & Public Policy Reporting).

Adam began his career as an attorney with the CIA where he provided counsel on a variety of sensitive matters and at the Pentagon where he helped combat the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.

Gene Klein

Gene Klein is an accomplished television producer and creative executive with over 25 years of experience. He spent the last two decades developing and producing at Hypnotic with David Bartis and director Doug Liman. Gene currently serves as an Executive Producer on Netflix’s upcoming CIA dramedy The Recruit, created by Alexi Hawley and starring Noah Centineo.

Gene has developed and produced numerous other series and pilots while at Hypnotic, most notably USA Network’s hit drama Suits, which ran for nine seasons. Among the other series that he has produced are: sci-fi drama Impulse for YouTube Premium, USA’s Golden Globe nominated spy drama Covert Affairs, and irreverent youth comedy I Just Want My Pants Back for MTV. Gene has also produced a feature documentary called Tread and served as an Executive Producer on documentary series for National Geographic and Netflix.
